Sweet Potato Balls
These were very good and I will make again. I used cinnamon flavored corn flakes and true maple syrup. If anything, they were too sweet. A very nice change from traditional sweet potato casserole.

Coconut (Haupia) and Chocolate Pie
This recipe was a hit. I added about a cup of shredded coconut to the white layer and to the chocolate layer I added about 3/4C of slivered almonds (I'm a huge fan of Almond Joys!). It was excellent. Thanks for the recipe!

Pecan Pumpkin Pie I
I tried this recipe quite some time ago, but neglected to rate it. I've made it many, many times since then and it always go over unbelievably well. With the holidays coming up again, I've already had several requests for this yummy pie. It is EXCELLENT and is my husband's new favorite!
