Crabmeat Roll-Ups
I made these for a party and thought they were just "ok." I used less cocktail sauce than it called for and wished I had used even less. It overpowered the taste of the crabmeat. There were some at the party who absolutely loved them, but most thought they were only ok.

Easy Ham and Cheese Appetizer Sandwiches
I had no idea that a ham and cheese sandwich could be so transformed into such a special appetizer. I followed the recipe exactly except I cut the mini-sandwiches in half in order to encourage more people to try them. Most people who took the small piece came back for at least the other half later!

Grilled Salmon I
This is now the beloved dish even by the salmon-hater in the family. We make it all the time, and every time we serve it to company we have to give out the recipe!
