Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
I waited to add the noodles and carrots and only cooked them about 12 minutes. The noodles stayed a bit firmer and the carrots weren't too soft. We are not big fans of cooked carrots, so this was much better. great recipe!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
easy and really great! I sliced the roast and put it back in the slow cooker, so my guests could serve themselves and the meat soaked up more juice.
