I'm a base brat that has lived and traveled the world for over half of my life. Exotic and gourmet cuisine has become more than a hobby. I'm up for trying anything new. I love authentic Italian and Spanish dishes. Don't have many. Besides foreign foods on the economy, my family ate mostly traditional american favorites. Integrating wine with foods and learning which wines to pair foods with. I have finally mastered yeast! muahahaahaaaa! I made kolaches and the bottoms burned. I have yet to master my oven!
