Super Moist Pumpkin Bread
This recipe made has the most moist texture I've ever made that didn't come from a box! I found that 1 hour baking time was perfect (could just be my oven). Also you could add more spice if you wanted. The coconut milk made all the difference. THANK YOU!!!!!

Ham Roll Ups II
Very easy! If you're a garlic lover, add a clove of minced garlic to the cream cheese mixture. Yummy. We made them as an appetizer for my in-law's retirement party at our house, everyone liked them.

Sugar Free Granola
This recipe is WONDERFUL! I've been mixing it up a little... Replacing the date/water paste with a prune/apple cider paste...Adding flax seeds for more nutrition... This makes a GREAT cereal (hot or cold) served with the left over apple cider to add sweetness instead of just plain milk or water.
