Irish Wheaton Bread
Cooking is Magick!
About this Cook
I live in Nashville, TN with my life partner, our children, lots of animals and plenty of love!
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook anything. I enjoy learning new techniques, different dishes and creating my own meals from scratch.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Definitely holiday traditions. Thanksgiving and Christmas bring out the best in me as a cook. We include the whole family, the kids absolutely love it and it brings us all closer together. I hope my children do the same one day with their own families.
My cooking triumphs
I've always been told that I have a unique ability as a cook. I am a very picky eater, yet I can cook anything with ingredients I don't like and will not taste. I just mix them together, intuitively knowing what flavors work and what won't.

Irish Beef Stew
This recipe is the best! My family raves over it. Easy to make too, you just put it in the crock pot and forget about it. 5 stars!

Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie
My friends from Louisville, KY call this "Derby Pie". It's a rich, delicious and easy to make pie that is the rave anywhere I make it. I always have it for the holidays. I started using Orange Extract instead of Vanilla and WOW. It was amazing.

Perfectly Moist Irish Wheaten Bread
I was excited to try this recipe to go along with the Irish Beef stew. It was very easy to make and the flavor is incredible. If you aren't a breadmaker (like me) but want to try your hand, pick this one!
