I get compliments every time I make this - with one small adjustment (I use 8 oz of cream cheese). Everytime my husband has a pot luck at work, the employees request that I make this pie. Of course, when I make two for him, I have to make two for my office as well. There is never any left over and people are sad when they miss it! Thank you so much!!!!

This was very good. I didn't have mushrooms or cream of mushroom soup, so I had to alter the recipe. I think it would be too rich with the soup though, so I probably will never add it. When I browned the meat, I mixed in a package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix. I put the gravy mix in with the noodles and a cup of milk, instead of soup. It turned out really good! It wasn't as creamy when I reheated it, but I bet if I added a little milk when I reheat, it would be.

I have now made this several times and get several requests for it! I did make a couple of changes. I made it in a smaller pan (9x9 sq)... and I used 1/2 butterscotch chips and 1/2 semi-sweet choco chips. My husband took them to a potluck and 10 people asked him for the recipe! It's the #1 request when they begin planning another potluck.
