Baked Sweet Potatoes with Raisins and Pecans
Easy to make and tastes wonderful. I like a thicker sauce for this dish, so I added a little corn starch at the very end so that every drop can be scooped up! (follow the corn starch directions!)Thanks for a great recipe!

Basic Yankee Bread Stuffing
So excellent - my family loved it. My Sis-in-law made it. Then I did too. Suggestion, when stuffing it into the bird, Line the bird with cheese cloth, then stuff. That way you don't miss a single bit of this wonderful stuffing!
