I'm the mother of 5 (almost 6!)children ages 7 and under. I've been married to my awesome husband for 11 1/2 years. I didn't grow up with set mealtimes and strong memories of my mother cooking. My husband did, and I realized pretty quickly into our marriage that I had to put a little bit more planning into our meals than realizing dinnertime had arrived - and I had nothing prepared! I enjoy baking (and eating more than anything!) At this point I'm happy to find recipes that my children will eat without a lot of coaxing!
