Chicken and Fresh Tomato Slow Cooker Stew
Sorry but we found this bland and runny. I was looking for more of a cacciatore-style stew.

Sourdough Pancakes
4 stars because I did need to add the 1/4c flour to get a good batter, but the result was great.
