This recipe is much better suited for the crock pot. I ruined some nice chops with this recipe. I took the advice of others and spiced them up some more, then followed the directions as written. I came out with tough chops sitting in soupy mess. My advice would be to not add the water and definitely cook in a crockpot or very very slow in the oven.

This pumpkin bread is delicious! I have made it without changes and then again with substituting Splenda for 1/2 the sugar--still tasted great.

I agree with many of the other reviews that this recipe needs milk. It is dry if not. I took this to a Mother's Day cookout made without changing the recipe, and everyone agreed it had a great flavor, but just wasn't creamy. I think you could do away with the bread crumbs entirely, too.
