Love it!!! Caramelize(put them in a skillet and add a small amount of water and sugar) a nut of your choice (I did almond slivers) and toss it in for some extra crunch.

Spicy Squash Casserole

Very goo but I made it with Zucchini and yellow squash and added some lemon and garlic to it while it sauteed. I also layered it instead of mixing it, but will try it mixed next time I make it. I think it was very good and has room for improvement. I can't wait to make it again.

Barbeque Halibut Steaks

Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce

Really good! I didn't have taco seasoning or cream of chicken soup, which I left out completely, I made them with crean cheese and seaonings inplace of the taco seasoning, really good. The green sauce was good the way I made it too!

Savory Crescent Chicken

I followed the directions pretty closely. I thought the filling was much better before I rolled it up in the dough. And the croutons are terrible, it would probably be much improved without them. I just thought it was too dry and bland, but I may play with it a little because it was so easy to make.
