Cranberry Apple Pie
This was a hit! I made this for our 2nd Annual "Pie Day" at work, and it was the first to be eaten! I did make changes, because I don't like terribly sweet pies, so I cut the amount of sugar down. I used 1 cup white sugar, and 1/2 cup light brown sugar. I didn't have any apple pie spice so I increased the amount of cinnamon to 1 tsp., nutmeg I added 1/4 tsp., and I also added a couple dashes of ground cloves. I baked my pie how I normally bake an apple pie, oven set at 400 for 50 minutes (30 of that the edges were covered, and 20 minutes fully uncovered). It was delicious! Next time, I may add a little orange zest to pick up the orange flavor, but as is it was perfect.

Pumpkin Cheesecake II
This recipe was awesome! I made it and brought it to work and it was gone within and hour. I got all rave reviews of it. The only change I made was that I added cloves and nutmeg and eliminated the mace because I didn't have any in the house, it's not something I ever cook with. The flavors were great, and the cheesecake looked beautiful.

Baklava II
Wonderful! This was my first time ever using phyllo dough, and what a pain to work with! But this recipe is great and it was a huge success. I made this for work and let my co-workers be the guinea pigs. They all raved about it. I followed the recipe exactly and it was delicious. A little moist, but I was told by every one at work that that was the way they liked it and not to change a thing.
