Shrimp Scampi Bake
Easy, simple, almost perfect... take the suggestions of others reduce butter, add a little white wine, use raw uncooked shrimp this should make you a happy camper.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
Really good flavor, the first time I've ever had balsamic anything so I don't have much to compare it to but I liked it. I will take other revieewers suggestions and soak the lamb before cooking because of the lamby taste (my second time eating lamb) but I could see using the marinade on other meats as well. The meat was a little fatty but thats not the recipes fault:) I just didn't pick the right cut. I will definetly make again and I will probably use other meats as well. P.S. Definetly go with the higher quality balsamic

Baked Ziti I
Good God this recipe is great :) I don't like Ricotta but love sour cream so it was right up my alley. The only change I made was to use half a pound Italian Turkey Sausage to go with the half pound of ground beef I had on hand took the sausage out of the casing mixed with the beef and proceeded as directed the turkey added some fennel to the recipe that only enhanced everything else. Im sure you could make it with all turkey to make it leaner but it is perfect the way it is.Thanks Colleen best Ziti i ever ate or made for that matter.
