Peppy's Pita Bread
This is my first attempt at pita. It was an easy recipe. The rolling out will take practice. I learned not to roll them to thin. The taste is very nice. I didnt get a puff like those pictured here but I dont think I would want then too. I like to cut them in small triangles and serve with hummas. I would make this again for sure!

Tuna Salad Pockets
This is really good. I added chopped raw apple and dried cranberries. Left out nuts ,didnt have any. Loved the yogurt. My yogurt had been drained for 2 days to turn it into a thick cream. Works great! My 5 year old really liked it.Thanks

Sauteed Apples
I used my fresh canned pears in light syrup instead of apples, left out the sugar and followed the rest of the recipe. A Very nice side dish.
