Delicious Easy Chicken Francese
Quite enjoyed this recipe. Nice change with a light sauce for the chicken. Added some garlic salt to the chicken for flavor. Next time will probably reduce the amount of stock a bit. Did use an extra tsp. of cornstarch to thicken though. Overall a moist chicken result with a delicate sauce.

Scrambled Egg Brunch Bread
Great recipe..We all loved it..Can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner with different sides..You can change it up to accomodate personal tastes..different cheeses, meats and spices..Had trouble with it fitting on my bake sheet so decided just to fold the sides up finally and pinched falling down pieces..Worked great...thanks for easy recipe..will pass this recipe to friends and family

Clark's Quiche
This recipe is terrific and got five stars from my guests. I have made several times and added or left out some ingredients with still amazing results. The prep time listed is not enough if you make all the items from scratch which I do. Also use a deep dish pie plate for best results..I prebake by pie crust for 7-8 min. before I add the spinach, cheese and egg mix.
