I was a working single mom for many years and learned to make fast, simple meals. Now my boys are grown and I am re married and cooking is a relaxing adventure my husband and I share Soups, chili and casseroles in the slow cooker, cookies, pies, breads, camping cuisine Christmas night my entire family comes to our house for pie and desserts- I spend weeks baking and getting ready! Making chili in the slow cooker hot enough to please my husband! My first batch of scratch made biscuits-even the dog couldn't eat them they were so hard!!!
