Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes
MMMM.... SO GOOD!! I took the advice of a few other people and doubled the amount of pumpkin to make them more moist. I also used low fat cream cheese for the frosting. It was less thick than regular cream cheese but still tasted great! We live in Hawaii and I miss the fall season so this was a perfect way to remind us of that. My boyfriend said the cupcakes remind him of home (NY) :-)

Southwestern-Flavored Ground Beef or Turkey for Tacos & Salad
Great recipie! Very easy to do and cooks quite fast. I added a little red pepper flake to it as well to give it some spiciness. I will definitely make it again :)

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
Perfect! I didn't have any Italian dressing so I made my own using olive oil, vinegar and Italian spices. I cut the recipe in half since it was only my boyfriend and I and cooked it on the stove top in a large sautee pan on low for 1 1/2 hours. I also made some baked sweet potatoes on the side. Great comfort food without the guilt! I will definitely do this again.
