Slow Cooker Swiss Steak
I have made this twice, using the receipe as a base. Both times I have omitted the carrots and celery -- simply because I didn't have them! Also, I didn't see the reason for the brown sugar, so I left that out as well. I made it over the weekend and added some chopped garlic, crimini mushrooms, steak sauce, and tomato sauce. Delicious!
