Moist, flavorful and delicious! I made it for 8 and had plenty. I also doubled the sauce recipe, and thought I may have overwhelmed it a bit -- but really still loved the flavor. Another family favorite. Thanks for sharing.

If only I had found this in time for Thanksgiving! They are fantastic. I cut it back for 10. I used a Romano/Parm cheese mix and used Italian seasoning instead of Oregano. Also -- I used canned minced garlic versus raw which I think helped tone down the heavy garlicy taste that bothered other reviewers. My family loved it and are already asking me to make it again! Thanks!

Awesome! The only thing I would do differently again is make more of the apple mixutre because it was so good!
