was perfect except I doubled the curry and only cooked 20 minutes.. Served it topped with Blackened Catfish. Sweetie loved it.

I bake for everything, gifts, rewards, sick friends. I have made all kinds of cookies for over 20 yrs and these are the best ever. My family loves these cookies and friend get excited when I bring them over. I am known for making the best cookies and I thank you for helping me keep it up. I do not change a thing.. I do watch them closely so they will not get too brown and/or dry. The dough freezes well and once cooked they say soft for days.
