Turkey Brine
I followed this recipe exactly for Thanksgiving and the turkey came out ok. Despite all the rave reviews I thought it was alot of work for the end result. It was not better than our locally raised turkeys from Plainville farms that we get fresh every year. I guess we're just spoiled! They use no hormones or antibiotics. They're delicious the way they are. No brining needed!

Tzatziki Sauce
I used real greek yogurt instead of regular and it makes a world of difference! If you can find this in your grocery store it's worth the extra cost and effort. Excellent recipe otherwise. Everyone loved it with the Souvlaki recipe from this site. It's a keeper! Thank you.

Chicken Tortilla Soup I
This was really flavorful soup! I used ancho chile powder and the juice of one lime as other reviewers suggested and left out the hominy because I couldn't find it in the store. I also used chicken thighs and was pleased that the end result was really good! Thank you, it's a keeper!
