Pecan-Coconut-Chess Pie
We're not much for pecan pies but this one was excellent. Made 2 for our church bake sale and they were gone immediately. Made one for Thanksgiving and everyone who tried it loved it.

Pineapple Scotchies
This cookie was too cake-like for my liking and not very sweet. Won't be making again.

Italian Green Bean Chicken
This was an excellent dish. My family loves garlic so I used about 6 cloves of minced garlic and added parsley and oregano along with the basil. I tossed with penne pasta and sprinkled Asiago cheese on top.
