Sauerbraten I
Very good, but I only marinated it overnight. One roast went into the oven for 3 hours, the other went into the slow cooker for 8 hours. The oven roasted one tasted better, but the slow cooker was more tender.

German Zwiebelkuchen (Onion Pie)
I made this for my potluck and they loved it there were no leftovers! The caraway seeds were great.

Easy Never Forgotten Guacamole
I really enjoyed making and eating this dip. My guests always say that it's tasty and creamy. I like to add a little chopped onion.
