Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken
Quick and easy. To save on dishes and time, I just sauteed the chicken with the spices in the same pot I made the sauce in. It was a great switch up from the usual pasta dishes we have here. Definitely want to try it with red peppers next.

Rice with Black Beans
Instead of using stewed tomatoes, I used a can of tomatoes with green chilies, added cumin and cayenne, used olive oil, added a little bit of chicken broth, and used already cooked leftover rice. Mixed the rice in after letting the sauce simmer for a little bit.

Pumpkin Pie Spice II
I had everything for a recipe I wanted to make except the pumpkin pie spice. I'm so glad I was able to did this recipe so I didn't have to go to the store. Definitely worth a try if you are in a pinch or if you just don't want to buy an unnecessary spice.
