Margaritas
Super easy and great tasting. I used another person's suggestion and filled the limeade container 3/4 with tequila and 1/4 of triple sec.

Chicken Zucchini Casserole
Hubby just asked if we could add this recipe to our favorites folder. My kids didn't care for it but what the hubster wants, the hubster gets. I added mushrooms and cheese, omitted carrot, cut down butter to 1/2 C and added 1/4 C water. I also only had frozen chicken so I just diced them up small and threw it all together and into the oven.

Zucchini Brownies
Made exactly as directed. Although it did taste wonderful, I got a cake like result. I assume it is from the baking soda and plan to reduce/omit it next time... or just call it Chocolate Zucchini Cake. :)
