Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip
Great recipe, I use slightly less of the artichokes/spinach, use fontina cheese, add a dash of red pepper, salt and pepper and it's wonderful.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
Came out great. Had to substitute some applesauce for vegetable oil and sour cream for the yogurt and they still came out wonderful. The kids love them.
