These were sooo good. I followed the recipe exactly except I used 3 tsp cayenne pepper instead of 5. Next time I might use more hot sauce because I like a lot of spice.

This was just an okay recipe for me. I followed the recipe with the exception of only 1.5 tsp of vanilla extract. I baked it in an 8x8 pan for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. It tasted like it was missing something. A little too bland for my liking.

This seriously is the best steak marinade in existence. I follow the recipe exactly and think that putting it in the blender nicely combines the flavors. I will usually pour this over steak at night and grill it the next day after work. Longer than 8 hours but it's delicious. This marinade makes even the lowest grade steak taste delicious.
