Apple Squares
Thank you for posting this recipe. I originally made this years ago when I was first married. The only thing I did differently then was to melt the butter in the sauce pan and then added everything to the sauce pan - just one pot to wash! I was looking for this recipe just recently and I could not locate it - you can be sure I will be making this ASAP!

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze
I made this for Valentine's Day last night. It was GREAT! I served this with baked potatoes and fresh asparagus. Couldn't have had a better dinner at a fancy restaurant!

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews
Good taste, but I would prefer a "stickier" sauce. Next time I would add a thickener and cook sauce longer. My preference only!
