My background is Portuguese so I grew up on my mother's authentic Portuguese home cooking. Yum! I really enjoy the codfish cakes!
My cooking triumphs
I think the first time I tried cooking chili, I was surprised how easy it was to make and how good it turned out. My husband loved it!

I've had my ups and downs with banana bread! I am still working on the perfect recipe!
