Overnight Caramel French Toast
My family really enjoyed this. (In fact dh took leftovers to work for supper.) It was a little "toasty" on top and soggy on the bottom after baking. I inverted it to serve so the "carmel" was on top and dripped down to the toasty layer. Between that and cutting it up to eat, it wasn't too mushy. It's very easy to make and the ingredients are things I had on hand. I'll definitely make it again! (may add fruit next time too!)

Julia's Easy Slow Cooker Chicken
The chicken was SO MOIST! It was flavorful and made a great gravy. I used water instead of milk and started with frozen chicken breasts. I cooked on high for about 4.5 hours.

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon
Excellent flavor combination! I browned the chops in the bacon drippings and then baked them. Definitely a keeper!
