Fresh Cherry Cobbler
Not bad, but a little on the sweet side. I did make some substitutions for allergies and I cut down the butter to 1/4 cup as suggested by other reviewers. I used Ghee(clarified butter) and soy milk in place of regular butter and regular milk. Over all,I really liked this cobbler. Next time, I will reduce the amount of sugar or maybe I will use a 1/2 cup apple sauce and a half cup sugar in place of the 1 cup in the recipe. :) Over all, I am pretty pleased with how this turned out!
