Mom's Zucchini Bread
I love this bread!! I made it last week and ate almost half a loaf in one day. last night I made a different recipe and it just does not taste as good as this recipe:-( I am going to stick with making this bread all the time.

Lamb with Sauteed Veggies
I only made the sauce for the Lamb but it was really AMAZING!! I grilled it on my George Forman grill which worked out great.

Chicken Pot Pie I
This was AMAZING~! instead of one can I added two cans of Cream of Chicken. I also used frozen veggies instead of canned. I added about 1/2 T of tabasco sauce and some salk and pepper. It really is a great recipe!! I also love to use the pilsbury pie crust because it taste SO good.
