Lemon Squares III

It didn't turn out how I thought it was going to. I had never made or had lemon squares before this. To me it tasted like they needed a little more sugar and the crust was too thick.

The recipe was hard to follow because it was very non specific. You have to use your best judgment with the salt and the pepper and the quiche turns out different each time you use it. also It would probably turn out just as well using monzerella.

Watergate Salad

Overall I thought that it turned out nice. I left out the marshmallows which for my family was a plus. I think next time I will add a little more pudding mix.
