Amazing recipe, so easy. I made it exactly as stated but didn't have celery so I had to leave that out. Will make again and again.

This was pretty good. I used cheese ravioli because that's what I had on hand, and I used a bagged ceasar salad kit to make things even easier. Easy meal for a night when you don't want to cook something elaborate, you can just throw this together. Thanks for sharing your idea.

Island Sea Turtles

These taste great! The only tricky part is assembling the turtles early enough that the caramel is still soft, but not so early that the turtles "spread" and deform after you create them. Keep an eye on the caramel temperature when cooking it, I think mine was a bit too soft. I will definitley hold on to this recipe and make again because they taste so good and look really cute.

Southwestern Chili Pasta

This was pretty good, but didn't have as much flavor as I thought it would. Even with 2 TBS chili powder, it is not spicy.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

I love this recipe! I make it exactly as the recipe states and it's sooo easy and so quick! I serve it with some rice and steamed broccoli or asparagus for a really easy dinner. It's very easy to adjust the spice level to your preference. Thank you for this recipe!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

This is the best chocolate chip cookie recipe I have ever tried! I made them for the first time last night and they turned out so well. Exactly what the name implies. I made some with regular chocolate chips, and some with white chocolate chips, and both kinds turned out excellent. And they look great too! Update: I have since used this cookie recipe countless times as a starting point. The only thing that varies time to time is what I add. I have experimented with all kinds of chips and nuts, and always have good results.
