I learned how to make this from my mother in law.. it is one of my families favorite dishes, and so easy to make.. I use italian seasoned breadcrumbs instead of the flour(I do not make a gravy I find it too greasy, I make it separately or simply use canned. Serve on a bed of rice and garnish with mint sprigs if desired.Great recipe for potluck, or any family or picnic gatherings!
