Sponge Fingers
Loved this recipe. Soft and light. I have a sweet tooth so I sprinkled some (sugar mixed with a few drops of anise oil)on it before I put it in the oven. Thank you for this great recipe

Amish White Bread
I made this bread and my Family loved it. It is great for toast, or for just a little sweetness after a meal.

Welsh Tea Cakes
I have made this recipe several time. My Family and Friends love it. I boil the raisins for a few minutes till soft and drain them well to make it eaiser to work with. then drain well. Dust with sm amt of flour. A great recipe.
