Mexican-Style Goulash
Rotel instead of regular. Cook pasta separate. Add taco mix and garlic.

Sally's Spinach Mashed Potatoes
FREAKIN' AWESOME! I used spinach dip just because it was handy instead of the spinach and sour cream seperately. I added a little bit of garlic as well. Definitely worth making again!

Chocolate Trifle
Pretty easy and a beautiful dish! It looks like you spent hours on it. It was a hit at my daughter's birthday party and thanksgiving!
