Man-Lovin' Potatoes
I gave this recipe a 2 star rating only because the flavor itself was good. However, these were the dryest potatoes ever. I followed the recipe exactly (omiting the final sprinkle of parmesean cheese on top because I find it makes dishes too salty). The picture for this recipe made them look very saucey. Mine were so dry that near the end of the cooking time I added another cup of sour cream and some milk to the potatoes and they were still dry. Will not be making these potatoes again.
