Hearty Vegetable Lasagna
Like so many of the other reviewers, I chopped up and added more vegetables. My family loved it so much they didn't even realize there wasn't any meat! Excellent summer alternative!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Good tasting soup, but my family didn't really care for the beer taste. Next time I'll make with chicken stock instead.

Baked Spaghetti I
Excellent change from regular spaghetti. Even my picky son loves this one. Sometimes I'll mix it up and use a large jar of pasta sauce or cream sauce instead of the cream of mushroom soup.
