Working mom with little time to cook but enjoy it on the weekends I like quick easy recipes for entertaining the masses. Everyone loves my homemade salsa and real corn tortilla chips. I also make a mean chili that really takes no time to put together. Big Sunday Dinners with homemade mashed taters, real creamed corn, and chunky pot roast. We have "family night" every Sunday night and anyone can show up so we have big Sunday Dinners every Sunday for about 15 people on average. Anything to do with baking sweets is a tragedy for me. I just can't seem to get it right. I always burn the cookies.....
