As a college student living at home in New York, I don't have a lot of time to cook. When I finally have the time, however, I really get to it. I find cooking and baking to be relaxing, and it is really fulfilling watching others enjoy what I have made. Baking is my passion. I enjoy cooking as well, but nothing matches up to baking for me. I usually enjoy baking sweets like cakes, cookies, and brownies, but I also enjoy baking pastas like baked ziti. When I was younger, I always made cakes and cookies out of the package, so my first attempt at making these by myself would certainly be my triumph. My baked goods have been constantly improving, so any time I bake, the results are always triumphs for me.
