Garlic and Olive Oil
I'm a big fan of lemon, so I should have added more lemon juice to this dressing. This is a good simple dressing, that enhances the flavors of the vegetables in the salad instead of covering them. In my opinion, this recipe is a good base for a dressing, but needs ingredients added to it. Is still a good (and simple) light dressing on it's own, though.

Avocado Dressing I
I used Feta cheese instead of Blue Cheese for this and chopped a bit of an onion instead of using onion salt. This was good, but at first the consistency was more that of a dip no matter how much I blended it, so I had to add milk. I tasted it after adding a tiny bit, and decided that I would use it as a dip after all, instead of a dressing because I didn't think it'd taste good on my regular garden salad. Would be great for a taco salad, though!

Light and Fresh Dressing
Pretty good dressing! I cut the recipe in half since it'd only be two of us using it. Looking at the recipe I realized that it may be too sweet for our liking so I cut the amount of sugar in half. I also used extra lite olive oil instead of veg oil, dijon mustard instead of dry mustard, and I didn't use any sesame seeds because I didn't have them. I kind of wished I had used more onion and garlic because it tastes a little on the "Mayo" side, but over all is a good dressing.
