Seven Layer Dinner
I had been searching for this recipe. It was one my step-mother used to make often when I was growing up and I always loved it. She always made it with tomato soup and breakfast sausages and that's the way I like it best. Thank you for taking me back to my childhood! :-)

Dash's Donair
I lived in the Maritimes for 20 years and got addicted to donairs. I never found anything close to them in Ontario. Whenever I would go back to visit the east coast, I would bring donair meat and sauce back to Ontario with me that I purchased in the grocery store. My husband, who has lived in Ontario his whole life, got addicted to them too. The only place I was able to find donair meat or sauce in Ontario was through a restaurant supplier...and the sauce wasn't quite "right". Not to mention, I had to order a 4l jug! I had a craving one day...and thought I'd search this site for a recipe to make the meat and sauce myself. I tried both the sauce and meat recipes and they were both WONDERFUL!!! Exactly how they SHOULD taste!! My kids LOVE the sauce and would eat it with a spoon if I let them. It's just like the sauce served in that pizza chain! Thank you SO much for such a wonderful (and simple!) recipe!!
