Slow Cooker Ham
Excellent flavor, and very easy, but even 4 hours on the 8 hour/LOW setting is too long with a spiral sliced ham. Meat tended to be too dry. (Saved it with a cranberry raisin sauce.) Next time I will try the 10 hour/LOW setting and check at 3 hours. Like many others I needed to cover with foil, which worked just fine. This is a "keeper" with necessary adjustments for preferred ham type and my slow cooker settings.

Superb Cranberry Sauce with Apples and Pears
"SUPERB" is right! Excellent flavor and texture combinations. Everyone raved about it! I did choose to add more cranberries than the 6 cups called for....it was just a bit sweet for my taste as I enjoy a more tart flavor to my cranberry sauce. Just a personal preference issue, not really a criticism.
