I have to say that I thought this was just okay. I followed the recipe exactly, and while the sauerkraut and potatoes were good, and while the pork chops were extremely tender, they really lacked flavor. May try this again, but figure out something to season the pork chops with. Otherwise, it just tastes like potatoes, sauerkraut and pork chops cooked together in a pressure cooker.

I made these "stars" for my 4th of July party, and I had no leftovers! Everyone loved them. The only change I made was that I only used 1/2 of a ranch packet, and they were perfect.

I really wanted to like this more, but it was just okay. The cake was very dense and just needed something. If I ever make this again, I would definitely pour some type of glaze over it as it is really boring without.
