Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
Absolutely amazing! I did add a tad bit of rum extract to the pumpkin filling, and added one more cream cheese than called for, so then I upped the sugar to 3/4 cup. also added sour cream in with the cream cheese which gave it an authentic cream cheese taste. Added a little more pumpkin as well. Used all low fat products. I hate altering recipes and then rating them 3 or 4 stars. But because I think this pie would be good without my alterations as well, I am giving it a 5. My pie didn't crack, it looked beautiful! DELICIOUS!

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie
My husband said this was BETTER than his grandmother's (and that says a lot). I used a tad less sugar, but that's just my preference. Other than that, I followed the recipe. Didn't add cinnamon or vanilla as others suggested. Next time I think I will though. REALLY good pie, so easy to make...you'll love it!

Baked Pork Chops I
So easy, and surprisingly good! I didn't think that they would be THIS amazing, but they really are. They were so tender that I didn't even need a knife to cut into them. Only thing I would change is add a splash more wine and maybe double the sauce since I like it on my rice as well. Love easy, delicious recipes! I will make this at least three times a month!
