I'm a small animal veterinarian, and I started cooking as a stress reliever on my days off. I used to be completely uninterested in cooking, but now I find it cathartic, especially when I'm making something new. My favorite PB/chocolate chip cookies- they are always a hit! Desserts in general, and slow cooker recipes as well. -An almond pavlova with coffee cream filling. It took me HOURS (I had to acquire a new mixer during the process) but it was gorgeous and tasted delicious. I also make a rather fantastic bolognese sauce, if I may say so. :P I've lost track of them all.
