Sausage Balls

Hash Brown Casserole II

Very good - I use low fat sour cream, fat free cream of chicken soup, 2% shredded cheese and half the melted butter and it still tastes awesome.

So tasty and so easy! I used a 5 pound pork shoulder and cooked it in the crock pot for 8 hours on low the day before. Shredded the meat and stuck it in the fridge. The next day I mixed in the BBQ sauce and cooked in the oven. The edges get crispy just as if the pork was cooked on the grill.

Baby Back Ribs

Absolutely delicious! The meat was falling off the bone and was so moist. Would definetly recommend grilling for a few minutes with extra sauce to form the sticky crust. Fabulous!

Peanut Butter Bars I

Absolutely delicious! I took the advice from other reviewers and used milk chocolate chips and cooled the peanut butter mixture while melting the chocolate.

Southwestern Egg Rolls

Very tasty! I tried to cut the calories by baking the eggrolls and they were still really crisp and yummy. We also rolled up the leftover filling the next day and had them as wraps. Just as good!

Rempel Family Meatloaf
