Tried this recipe on Easter morning...used the 10 eggs and half cup of heavy cream. Added shallot pepper from Penzeys Spices to the sausage and some tarragon as well. Used a cup of cheddar and the same of some Mexican melting cheese I had on hand. My husband and I enjoyed it, but he said it would have been REAL GOOD with some green onions...
