These cookies are beautiful before and after cooking...and they taste great also! I added cream cheese icing to half of the batch, which was great. They disappeared almost before the oven had cooled!

Ginger-Touched Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Easy Garlic Ginger Chicken

This really was easy! I increased the garlic/ginger, as other people had recommended and the household liked it very much, but in the future, I will probably lessen the lime juice a little.
